Alpi, remembering an old story that was told to the children of Trepalle,which boasts of its culinary exellences "El Brisaulì", smoked brisaola.

This  is obtained from from the finest beef, after being massaged today, with herbs ,rock  salt ,spontaneous drying is done in the open air for days ,before being hung in the chillers, after this, it undergoes a smoking with fine woods of pines, junipers and conifers, which gives a light and intriguing smoky flavor.

Present in all the best shops in Livigno and Trepalle as well as in stores throughout the Alpi.
